We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator to join our growing production team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in manufacturing processes and quality management systems. We are looking for individuals who are ready to take initiative and drive operational excellence.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Understanding of Halal Assurance Systems (SJH).
* Familiarity with ISO standards and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Technical aptitude regarding plastic production machinery and operational workflows.
* Leadership Qualities: Previous experience as a Coordinator or Team Leader in a production or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on either a shift or non-shift basis depending on production demands.
* Location Preference: Candidates residing in the Sidoarjo area are encouraged to apply.
