## Join Our Dynamic Logistics Team in Surabaya
We are currently seeking a motivated Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in managing our finished goods distribution center, where you will oversee a facility with 2,200 pallet positions. You will lead a dedicated team of six employees and seven contractors, fostering a culture of high productivity, stringent quality standards, and rigorous compliance.
Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will be the backbone of our distribution efficiency. Your primary duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily domestic deliveries to customers and manage finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDC).
* Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Fulfillment, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning teams to ensure flawless execution of monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analytics: Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses on warehouse costs and productivity, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations, including throughput productivity, cycle counting, and slow-moving inventory management.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, regulatory requirements, and SAP systems.
* Leadership Development: Nurture the professional growth of your direct reports, aligning their progress with regional capability development programs and fostering a safety-first mindset.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong foundation in logistical systems. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
