This role plays a critical part in ensuring that domestic and export shipments run smoothly, bridging production demands with efficient transport networks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistic Staff, your day-to-day duties will revolve around meticulous planning, documentation, and operational oversight. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Schedule Management: Assist in formulating and updating vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and international shipments. Collaborate closely with internal departments, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to track progress.
* Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare, cross-verify, and maintain precise shipping documentsโincluding Delivery Orders and Shipping Instructionsโalongside comprehensive cargo records and digital logistics databases.
* Operations & Reporting: Monitor daily cargo readiness as well as loading and discharging activities. Generate consistent inventory and logistics reports while assisting in freight cost evaluations and invoice verification.
Candidate Requirements
