## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure alignment with our corporate culture and operational demands, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Personal Profile: Single female, maximum 24 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Asset Management, or related fields.
* Language Proficiency: A minimum TOEFL score of 450 or a TOEIC score of 600 is highly preferred.
* Professional Mindset: Strong interest in working within a Japanese PMA (Foreign Investment Company) environment.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates punctuality, accountability, patience, and diligence.
