With our corporate headquarters firmly established in the vibrant Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 district, we are dedicated to providing seamless charging solutions across the nation. As we scale our infrastructure, we are seeking proactive and physically capable individuals to join our technical operations team as Helpers.
## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Field Helper, you will serve as the backbone of our operational logistics. You will be responsible for the physical deployment and maintenance of our power bank kiosks, ensuring that our charging stations are always functional and accessible to our users. Your daily duties will include:
* Deployment and Installation: Executing the setup and dismantling of power bank kiosks at various retail and commercial locations.
* Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Logistics Support: Assisting with the safe transport, relocation, and loading of technical equipment.
* Operational Reporting: Communicating technical malfunctions or site issues to the senior engineering team promptly.
* Mobile Operations: Providing on-site support across different locations as dictated by our operational schedule.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the tech-logistics industry. You do not need prior technical certifications to apply; we prioritize a strong work ethic and a commitment to professional development.
* Physical Fitness: Must be in good health and capable of manual labor, including lifting and transporting equipment.
* Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Operational Requirements: Possession of a valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) and personal transport is mandatory. Candidates with a valid car driver’s license (SIM A) and driving proficiency will be prioritized.
* Professional Conduct: Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and a collaborative attitude when working within a team.
* Adaptability: Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a genuine willingness to learn new technical skills.
