## Program Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the rigors of our dynamic operations, we seek candidates who demonstrate both academic excellence and strong leadership potential. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of industry experience.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a distinct advantage.
* Core Competencies: A self-starting attitude, proven leadership experience through organizational involvement, sharp analytical thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset.
* Adaptability: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industrial environment and a willingness to be stationed on-site in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
