# Career Opportunities at KT&G Indonesia: Join a Global Leader in Manufacturing
KT&G Indonesia stands as a prominent pillar of the global KT&G network, a powerhouse originating from South Korea with an expansive footprint across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and robust sales operations spanning nations like the United States, China, Turkey, Russia, and Indonesia, the company has cultivated a rich history of excellence.
The journey began in 1899 when the Korean Imperial Household established a monopoly bureau to manage revenue streams. Following decades of evolution, including its transition to a public company in 1988 and its full privatization in 2002 to embrace market liberalization, KT&G has transformed into a truly global entity. Today, the organization invites dedicated professionals to help shape its future through innovation and operational integrity.
