We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in the following capacities:
Engineering & Operations
1. Civil & Road Maintenance Officer: Oversees hauling road maintenance, infrastructure development, and settling pond (KPL) management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience, active POP certification.
2. Operations Safety Staff / Supervisor: Ensures compliance for mining facilities and equipment (SPIP), including commissioning and database management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, 1–3+ years of experience.
3. Surveyor: Conducts precise topographical surveys, data processing, and volume calculations. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Geology/Mining Engineering, 1–2 years of experience.
Environment & ESG
4. ESG System & Compliance Officer: Manages HSE data, environmental reporting (SIMPEL), and budget oversight. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering, 3+ years of experience.
5. LB3 & Water Management Staff / Supervisor: Monitors water quality, wastewater treatment (WWTP), and chemical inventory. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Environmental/Chemical Engineering, 1–3+ years of experience, valid SIM A.
Administration & Support
6. External Relations Staff: Manages social mapping, community engagement, and stakeholder relations. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Law/Social Sciences/Sociology, 1–2 years of experience.
7. HR Officer: Handles recruitment, HRIS management, and employee engagement strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering/Psychology/Management, 3+ years of experience.
8. Management System & Improvement Officer: Facilitates Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and KPI management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Management/Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of experience.
9. Shipping & Barging Admin Officer (Based in Palembang): Manages logistics, documentation, and SAP-based sales reconciliation. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Management/Marine/Business, 3+ years of experience, SAP proficiency.
10. Warehouse Staff: Executes end-to-end inventory control and warehouse documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Management/Industrial Engineering/Business Admin, 1–2 years of experience.
