We are currently expanding our professional team in Batam and are seeking talented, motivated individuals to fill key operational roles.
## 1. Production Planner
The Production Planner plays a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes remain seamless, efficient, and aligned with our global delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and organize comprehensive production schedules.
* Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure output consistency.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments to address production-related matters.
* Provide administrative support to the production team.
* Monitor material requirements and production planning to ensure all target shipping dates are met.
* Oversee and track material movements throughout the production cycle.
* Compile detailed reports and summaries regarding production performance and operational KPIs.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience within the manufacturing sector, specifically in Production Control.
* Demonstrated expertise in production planning, with a strong background in administrative or inventory management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), SAP, and ERP systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a self-motivated and independent working style.
* Fluency in either Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our Shipping Officer is responsible for managing the complex logistics of our export and import activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain clear communication with principals, terminals, shipping companies, and port authorities.
* Manage all administrative tasks and documentation related to the import and export of goods.
* Prepare essential shipping documentation, including CEISA, Import/Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure adherence to established schedules.
* Generate accurate reports on the realization of all export and import operations.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
* Prior experience working with a shipping company is required.
* Solid understanding of ship agency management.
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
* Fluency in either Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
