## Job Description: Maintenance Operator
As a Maintenance Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted plant operations by maintaining machinery peak performance and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for both electrical and mechanical systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to prevent production bottlenecks.
* Maintain clear, accurate documentation and reports detailing all daily maintenance activities.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the Maintenance Operator role at the Cikarang facility, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related maintenance or machine-operation field.
* Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Familiarity with semi-automation or full automation machinery is a distinct advantage, alongside strong machine-troubleshooting capabilities.
