## Current Vacancies and Role Requirements
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following technical and operational positions. All applicants must demonstrate a commitment to excellence, safety, and operational efficiency.
Operational Roles (DCS Specialists)
We are looking for operators proficient in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure the seamless production of our paper products.
* Operator, DCS Wet End and Chemical
* Operator, DCS Paper Machine
* Operator, DCS Winder
* Educational background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Entry-level candidates (fresh graduates) are encouraged to apply, though 1–2 years of relevant industry experience is highly valued.
* Working knowledge of DCS operation and industrial pulp and paper processes.
* Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
Specialist Roles (Engineering and Maintenance)
These roles require deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to system optimization and machine reliability.
* Specialist, Automation Paper Machine
* Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
* Expertise in monitoring and modifying DCS/PLC applications to meet process requirements.
* Ability to evaluate and resolve automation system faults effectively.
* Specialist, Electrical Paper Machine
* Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
* Deep familiarity with PLC, DCS, VFD, MCC, generators, transformers, and electrical protection systems.
* Preferred: Proven experience in paper machine commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
* Specialist, Instrument Paper Machine
* Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering with at least 4 years of experience.
* Advanced proficiency in DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and QCS systems (such as Valmet or Yokogawa).
* Specialist, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 4+ years of experience.
* Experience in implementing TPM methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Focus on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and maintenance reliability.
