We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles. These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing company while advancing your professional career in the maritime sector.
1. Operation Administrator
The Operation Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our daily vessel activities through precise documentation and logistical oversight.
* Manage and archive all vessel-related documentation and performance reports.
* Monitor daily vessel reports and ongoing maritime operations.
* Generate comprehensive recaps of daily vessel activities.
* Track and coordinate all supply requirements necessary for vessel maintenance and daily needs.
* Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders to ensure seamless operational flow.
* Male, holding a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
* Minimum of one year of professional experience.
* Previous experience in Oil & Gas shipping companies is highly advantageous.
* Strong technical understanding of vessel machinery, electrical systems, and ship structural integrity.
* Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Exceptional teamwork, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. HSE & Operation Specialist
We are looking for a seasoned HSE professional to uphold our stringent safety standards and oversee operational compliance within our fleet.
* Male, preferably with a background in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an HSE capacity.
* Proven track record in the Oil & Gas shipping sector is preferred.
* Must hold the following certifications:
* General Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum).
* Internal Auditor for ISM Code.
* Designated Person Ashore (DPA).
* ISPS Code Company Security Officer.
* Advanced training in ISO 31000 (Risk Management) and ISO 9001/14000/45001.
* Certified First Aider and experienced in Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS).
* Strong command of the English language and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
