1. Automation Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.
* Develop cost-effective methodologies for both new and existing production processes.
* Oversee engineering teams, manage departmental budgets, and lead automation projects to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in industrial automation.
* Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing is considered a distinct advantage.

2. HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Manage HRIS module operations, including attendance tracking, leave requests, overtime, and payroll data processing.
* Generate regular reports regarding personnel data, attendance rates, and key HR metrics for management review.
* Assist with employment documentation and ensure compliance with mandatory reporting to government agencies.

Qualifications:

* Diploma (D3) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Management, Administration, or related fields.
* Proficient in data processing and reporting using Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides).
* Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.

3. Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Execute machine trials and commissioning processes.
* Identify opportunities for packaging improvements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

4. Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that production targets are met in accordance with established quality standards.

Qualifications:

* Knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 is highly preferred.

* Proven ability to lead, train, and delegate tasks to team members.
* Proficiency in English (oral and written) and willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.

5. Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

* Operate, monitor, maintain, and sanitize production machinery according to SOPs to reach daily output goals.
* Draft daily reports concerning production yields, raw material usage, and technical issues.

Qualifications:

* Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience as a production operator.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering are welcome to apply.
* Foundational understanding of GMP and Workplace Safety (K3).

6. Instrumentation & Calibration Technician

Responsibilities:

* Perform measurement, verification, and accuracy adjustments on precision instruments.
* Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for sensors and control systems.

Qualifications:

* SMK or Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics, specializing in Instrumentation.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
* Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Record maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications:

* SMK or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Experience as a maintenance technician in the food industry is preferred.
