## Open Position: Specialized Production Operator
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Specialized Production Operator to join our facility in Bandung. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As a Specialized Production Operator, your core duties will include:
* Machine Operation: Efficiently operating, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on production machinery.
* Operational Excellence: Ensuring all equipment is maintained and cleaned according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet daily output targets without compromising product quality.
* Reporting: Maintaining accurate daily logs regarding production output, raw material consumption, and documenting any technical issues or machine downtime.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a production role.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Core Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical challenges.
