1. Administrative Staff
* Requirements: Minimum SMA/SMK education; at least 1 year of administrative experience.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP systems.
* Conditions: Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule (Monday–Saturday) in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
2. Automation Development Project
* Education: Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Software Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or Information Technology.
* Technical Expertise: Skilled in programming languages (HMI, PLC), SQL Databases, SCADA systems, and Modbus RTU.
* Experience: Previous experience as an industrial programmer is required.
3. Building Construction Worker
* Role: Overseeing civil projects from inception to completion, including building maintenance and structural repairs.
* Requirements: Minimum SMP education; 1–3 years of experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural tasks such as reinforcement assembly, bricklaying, tile installation, woodworking, painting, and reading technical blueprints.
4. WWTP Operator
* Role: Managing the Wastewater Treatment Plant, including sampling, chemical dosing, and waste processing.
* Education: Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Chemical Engineering.
* Skills: Ability to analyze liquid waste levels, operate treatment equipment, and ensure treated water quality meets strict environmental standards.
5. Welder Technician Helper
* Role: Fabrication, modification, and machine part reconciliation; performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in Argon, SMAW, GTAW, and cutting welding. Must be proficient with power tools (drills, grinders) and capable of reading technical drawings.
* Advantage: Possession of a SIO Welder certification is a plus.

6. Gardener & Landscape Intern
* Criteria: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Landscape Architecture, Agribusiness, Soil Science, or related fields.
* Responsibilities: Designing garden landscapes, plant cultivation monitoring, and material planning.
* Logistics: Must be available for a 5-day on-site (WFO) schedule in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
7. IT Intern
* Criteria: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in PHP OOP, Laravel framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Responsibilities: Assisting in program documentation, application development, and data processing.
* Logistics: Full-time on-site placement in Pondok Ungu.
