## Program Structure: A Journey of Growth
The Prysmian Graduate Program offers a highly immersive, multi-stage professional experience designed to transform high-potential individuals into industry leaders.
Year 1: Immersion and Global Induction
* Global Induction: The journey begins in Milan with a week-long, intensive program led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a top-tier business school.
