Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) has established itself as a premier foreign-owned palm oil enterprise operating within the Kembang Janggut district of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. Managing over 32,000 hectares of cultivated land and operating three high-capacity processing mills—two with a 80-ton per hour capacity and one with a 40-ton per hour capacity—the company is a cornerstone of the regional agricultural sector.
As we embark on an ambitious growth phase, we are actively expanding our plantations into the Kutai Timur and Kutai Barat regions. This strategic development will significantly scale our operational footprint over the next few years and necessitates the construction of additional processing mills. 1. Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3. Transport Foreman (Mandor): Diploma degree in Administration or Industrial studies.
4. General Civil Foreman (Mandor): Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
5. Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational High School (STM/SMK) background with a 6G certification.
6. Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational High School (STM/SMK) background in technical studies.
7. Electrician: Vocational High School (STM/SMK) background in Electrical Engineering.
8. Senior/Junior Mechanic: Degree in Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineering for senior roles; Vocational technical background for junior roles.
9. Hydraulic Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
