## Your Role as an Engineer
As a vital member of our engineering department, you will play a hands-on role in optimizing our world-class production lines. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Production Optimization: Conducting comprehensive analyses to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
* Performance Monitoring: Overseeing and evaluating the efficiency of machinery and production equipment to ensure peak output.
* Technical Problem Solving: Executing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
* Documentation: Creating precise technical reports and maintaining updated engineering records.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working in close coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) and various production departments to uphold our international quality standards.
## Required Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a professional who is passionate about industrial excellence and eager to grow within a large-scale manufacturing environment. To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Manufacturing Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean improvement systems.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints (highly preferred).
* Core Competencies: A detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
