1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our daily facility workflows, optimizing space utilization and operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Formulate comprehensive daily inbound and outbound operational schedules based on current business demands.
* Strategically plan warehouse capacity, floor storage layouts, workforce allocation, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Collaborate closely with the Operation Section Head to align daily priorities.
* Oversee inventory movements, storage placements, and overall stock availability while resolving discrepancies with relevant internal departments.
* Generate routine performance reports, evaluate operational bottlenecks, and initiate proactive corrective measures.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any academic discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience in a planning role, specifically as a Warehouse Planner.
* Solid foundational understanding of warehousing workflows and general logistics functions.
* Demonstrated knowledge of core business processes coupled with a proactive mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
2. Transport Planner
The Transport Planner manages the seamless movement of goods, ensuring that delivery schedules, documentation, and fleet movements run efficiently and safely.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Generate official delivery waybills and validate all shipping documentation, including Loading Notes combined with Route Planning.
* Coordinate directly with transporters and internal security personnel to facilitate smooth loading and unloading procedures.
* Monitor transport execution via the Transport Management System (TMS) and track Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses.
* Oversee yard management activities, strictly enforce uncompromising safety protocols among transporters, and update real-time status entries within the TMS.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree across any major.
* At least 1 year of practical experience working as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation sector.
* Passive proficiency in English communication.
* Familiarity with operating Transport Management Systems (TMS), paired with strong documentation and reporting skills.
3. Administration Staff

* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within the logistics or transport industry.
* Strong familiarity with warehouse inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.

4. Equipment Operator

* Preferably 1 year of working experience within a modern warehousing environment.
