1. Fresh Operator Development Program (FODP)
This program is tailored for individuals looking to master the operation of heavy machinery in a professional mining setting.
* Gender: Male.
* Age: 23 – 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A, B1, or B2) and a current Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Readiness: Willing to undergo a 2-year service bond and complete an intensive 2 to 3-month training program.
* Mobility: Must be prepared to work at any PT SSS operational site across the country.
* Health: Must be certified fit for work through a comprehensive Medical Check-Up (MCU).
2. Fresh Mechanic Development Program (FMDP)
This program focuses on building technical proficiency in equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
* Gender: Male.
* Age: 23 – 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A, B1, or B2) and a current Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
