1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative solutions and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint and fostering long-term relationships.
* Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
* Cultivate high-quality sales leads, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery, and secure repeat orders.
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal engineers to identify specific system requirements and equipment needs.
* Develop strategies to acquire new market share by identifying opportunities and outperforming competitors.
* Report market insights and potential process improvements to senior leadership to drive strategic growth.
* Consistently meet and exceed established sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and computer literacy skills.
2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff position is critical to ensuring our high-performance systems are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee the logistical and financial intricacies of our industrial projects.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed schedules.
* Oversee project budgets and maintain healthy cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation (BL, PIB, COO), customs clearance, and compliance with local regulations (PI, Lartas, Post-Border, SKA, and FTA).
* Analyze HS codes and stay updated on evolving import and logistics legislation.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials meet strict technical and quality standards.
* Ensure that project delivery and installation milestones are strictly met.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
* Prior experience in HVAC, cooling towers, or construction is a significant advantage; highly motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Mandatory proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
* Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
