* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
* Age: Maximum 40 years old.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 7 years in marketing.
* At least 3 years in a Sales or Marketing Manager capacity.
* Minimum of 2 years within the sports industry.
* Required Competencies: Strategic development for sports promotion, expert negotiation skills, market analysis proficiency, and strong organizational leadership.
2. General Division Staff
The General Division Staff provides essential administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing public relations, organizing archival systems, and ensuring seamless secretarial support for executive leadership.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Communications, Office Administration, Archival Studies, or Secretary studies.
* Age: Maximum 28 years old.
* Experience: Preferred minimum of 1 year in public relations, marketing communications, or secretarial duties.
* Required Competencies: Excellent communication and social media management, proficiency in office software and IT tools, and a high level of attention to detail regarding executive protocols.
