Core Responsibilities of the Role
As an MT participant, your journey will involve hands-on immersion and strategic operational involvement:
* Complete a rigorous, structured Management Trainee curriculum aligned with corporate excellence standards.
* Master every phase of the spinning production lifecycle, gaining deep technical insights from the initial blowing stage all the way to final winding.
* Conduct comprehensive operational evaluations focusing on output quality, workflow productivity, and resource efficiency.
* Partner cross-functionally with production units, quality assurance teams, maintenance divisions, and other key departments.
* Deliver detailed progress reports and spearhead high-impact continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Qualifications and Prerequisites

* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Textile Engineering (strongly preferred), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

* Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Exhibit exceptional analytical aptitude, structured problem-solving skills, and professional interpersonal communication abilities.

Throughout your training tenure, you will gain exhaustive, practical knowledge across the entire yarn manufacturing sequence:
1. Blowing: Opening, cleaning, and blending raw cotton or synthetic fibers.
2. Carding: Separating individual fibers and forming a uniform web into a sliver.
3. Drawing: Blending multiple slivers together to achieve fiber parallelism and uniform weight.
4. Roving: Attenuating the sliver and inserting a slight twist to create a manageable strand.
5. Spinning: Drafting and twisting the roving into strong, durable yarn.
