## Corporate and Administrative Roles
1. KPI Administrator (Placement: Cibitung, MM2100)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our operational metrics. You will be responsible for analyzing inbound and outbound performance, maintaining KPI dashboards, and creating high-impact visual presentations for stakeholders.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering or Business Management; fluent in English; expert in MS Excel and design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
* Key Tasks: Data compilation, trend analysis, and producing professional reports for the Control Tower division.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Placement: Bintan)
Lead our administrative efforts at the Bintan Alumina Indonesia site. You will ensure seamless communication between our team and the client while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree; minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial or project environments; bilingual (English/Indonesian).
* Key Tasks: Overseeing document control, coordinating HR and procurement logistics, and ensuring contractual compliance.
3. Admin Project (Placement: Bintan)
This role focuses on field-level coordination and documentation for project logistics.
* Requirements: SMA/SMK or equivalent; strong English communication skills; highly mobile and proactive.
* Key Tasks: Managing shipping documents, conducting on-site cargo inspections, reporting damages, and liaising with drivers and international clients.
## Warehouse and Inventory Management
4. Warehouse PIC (Placement: Cibitung, MM2100)
Take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring space optimization and inventory accuracy.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics; 3+ years of experience; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Key Tasks: Overseeing receipt/dispatch, managing supplier performance, and maintaining high inventory standards.
9. Inventory Admin (Placement: Medan, North Sumatra)
Ensure perfect inventory integrity through data analysis and physical stock reconciliation.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Logistics or Management; 2+ years of relevant experience; expert in WMS/ERP systems and inventory planning (FIFO/LIFO).
* Key Tasks: Inventory forecasting, conducting stock-takes, and managing documentation for products with expiration dates.
## Warehouse Operations and Field Support
We are also hiring for essential floor-level roles, all of which require a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence:
* Warehouse Helper: Support the efficient flow of goods, including loading, unloading, and organizing storage areas.
* Warehouse Checker: Maintain quality control by verifying incoming/outgoing shipments against order manifests and resolving discrepancies.
* Warehouse Picker: Accurately fulfill customer orders by locating, retrieving, and labeling items with precision and speed.
Forklift Operator: Execute heavy-duty logistics tasks with a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO). Requires 2+ years of experience and proficiency in operating Reach Trucks and Counterbalances.*
General Requirements for Operational Roles (Cibitung/Medan/Bintan)
* For Picking/Checking/Helper roles: Minimum SMA/SMK education; experience with WMS and FIFO/FEFO systems is highly preferred.
