1. Junior Project Procurement
In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics and financial oversight of our engineering projects.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Implement strict cost-control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
* Calculate quantity variation orders accurately.
* Apply thorough knowledge of technical work methods to project planning.
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar procurement or project role.
* Prior experience in the oil and gas construction sector is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta, this role involves managing the critical documentation and compliance standards for our marine fleet.
* Monitor ship certificates and legal documentation, coordinating renewals as required.
* Plan and oversee inspections and surveys conducted by classification societies, harbor masters, and third-party auditors.
* Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reporting regarding vessel documentation status.
* Prepare technical catalogs, ship logs, and engineering drawings.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in maritime administration.
* Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous, organized work style.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf software.
* Ability to join our team immediately and work from our North Jakarta office (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan).
3. Purchasing Staff
Our procurement team is looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle supplier relations and the end-to-end purchasing process.
* Conduct market research, supplier selection, negotiations, and performance assessments.
* Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal stakeholders upon receiving purchase requests.
* Manage price comparisons and project-based documentation filing.
* Monitor the lifecycle of purchase orders, from shipment tracking to the final inspection of goods upon arrival.
* Coordinate effectively with logistics providers and freight forwarders.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major (Informatics backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
* 2–3 years of professional experience in procurement.
* Familiarity with sourcing spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Ability to work within integrated management systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong communication skills, agility, and the ability to thrive under pressure in our North Jakarta office.
