## Position Overview: Compensation & Benefit Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage our payroll and employee benefits. In this role, you will ensure that our hardworking staff receive accurate compensation while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
* Oversee employee benefits, compensation structures, social security (BPJS), and income tax (PPh 21) calculations.
* Handle daily HR administration tasks, including attendance tracking, overtime monitoring, and comprehensive employee data management.
* Prepare routine HR-related reports for management review.
* Utilize HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel functions to streamline HR operations.
## General Requirements
To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following professional qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, HR Administration, or related roles. Highly motivated fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also welcome to apply.*
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll systems, employee benefits, tax regulations (PPh 21), and BPJS compliance.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern HRIS or payroll software.
* Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
* Industry Advantage: Prior working experience within the hospitality, tourism, or leisure industries will be considered a strong plus.
