Position: OCP Assistant (Fresh Fruit Bunch / TBS Purchasing Assistant)
The OCP Assistant plays a vital role in managing supplier relationships, procurement administration, and quality control of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS).
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with local farmers and FFB suppliers through routine plantation visits.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect and grade incoming FFB shipments according to established company benchmarks.
* Contract Administration: Prepare documentation and issue purchasing contracts for FFB transactions.
* Production Reconciliation: Verify that received FFB quantities align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each mill.
* Pricing and Invoicing: Formulate weekly FFB pricing documents, oversee billing administration, and compile accurate, timely payment reports.
* Data Management: Maintain systematic archiving of all purchasing documents and monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends.
General Requirements and Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in FFB procurement partnerships or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Work Location: On-site in East Kalimantan.
