## Core Responsibilities and Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating technical manufacturing data into actionable cost analysis. Your primary focus will be on the preparation of Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and the systematic breakdown of production expenses.
Educational Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student status in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or Engineering Management.
* A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation and a passion for manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical Expertise
* Costing Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of material costs, labor rates, overhead allocation, and tooling expenditure.
* Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Bill of Material (BOM) structures and end-to-end production workflows.
* Data Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Excel—including VLOOKUP, complex logical formulas, and Pivot Tables—is mandatory for data synthesis.
* Technical Literacy: The ability to interpret technical drawings and part schematics is considered a significant advantage.
* Systems Knowledge: Previous exposure to ERP environments such as SAP or Oracle is a value-added asset.
