## About the Role: Quality Control Operator
As an integral part of our manufacturing facility located in Delta Silicon, Cikarang Pusat, you will play a frontline role in maintaining our uncompromising quality standards. Your daily responsibilities will directly impact our ability to deliver world-class masterbatch solutions to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Sample Validation: Rigorously inspect production output to guarantee that sample qualities match actual manufactured products precisely, ensuring adherence to strict internal benchmarks.
* Corrective Formulation: Develop and apply corrective formulations promptly whenever initial production samples fall short of established quality parameters.
* Compliance Management: Execute all operational procedures strictly in accordance with prevailing ISO standards and protocols.
## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic production environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
* Health: Must not suffer from color blindness to ensure accurate pigment and masterbatch evaluation.
* Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a quality control capacity. Previous background working within a masterbatch manufacturing environment will be given strong preference.
* Personal Attributes: Highly meticulous, agile, resilient, mathematically apt, quick-witted, and fully prepared to work within a dynamic 3-shift rotation system.
* Location: Willing to be stationed at our plant in Delta Silicon, Central Cikarang.
