## Launch Your Career: Sales Representative Trainee Program
The Trakindo Sales Representative Trainee program is a meticulously crafted six-month initiative designed to transform high-potential individuals into skilled industry professionals. This program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industrial application, preparing you for a successful tenure in the competitive heavy equipment market.
Program Structure and Curriculum
The program is divided into two intensive phases to ensure comprehensive skill acquisition:
* Phase 1: In-Class Training (3 Months): Held at the Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor, this phase focuses on building a foundation in core sales techniques and in-depth Caterpillar product knowledge.
* Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (3 Months): Trainees are immersed in branch operations to apply their classroom learning to live business scenarios under the guidance of seasoned mentors.
* Final Assessment: Trainees must complete a final evaluation to ensure readiness for professional deployment.
* Career Advancement: Upon successful graduation, participants will be appointed as official Sales Representatives and deployed to one of our many branches throughout Indonesia.
## Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this elite training program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Academic Background: Minimum Diploma 3 degree. While all majors are welcome to apply, preference is given to graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Marine Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates should have no more than two years of sales experience, ideally in sectors such as banking, insurance, industrial materials, or heavy equipment.
* Age: Maximum 30 years old.
* Technical Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
* Flexibility: Candidates must demonstrate a firm willingness to be placed at any of our operational branches across Indonesia.
