## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high operational standards, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or relevant D3/S1 degree based on the specific requirements of the role.
* Experience: A mandatory 3–4 years of proven experience in the same position, specifically within the coal mining industry.
* Certifications:
* POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama): Mandatory for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer roles.
* Welding Certification: Mandatory for the Welder position.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mining operations, and strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork abilities, with the resilience to meet operational targets in challenging mining environments.
* Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical condition and capable of working in remote mining areas.
