## Key Responsibilities for Flight Attendants
In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards expected by our passengers. Your primary daily functions will include:
* Conducting comprehensive pre-flight safety briefings and inspections.
* Managing the boarding and deboarding process to ensure efficiency and safety.
* Ensuring the cabin remains clean, orderly, and comfortable throughout all flight phases.
* Responding promptly and professionally to passenger requests and emergency situations.
* Upholding strict compliance with aviation regulations and internal company policies.

## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this prestigious opportunity, candidates must meet specific criteria designed to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance:
* Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: Must be an experienced Flight Attendant (Male or Female).
* Certification: Possession of a valid Indonesia DGCA Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC).
* Rating: Must hold an A320 rating or be non-rated with a completed recurrent and competency check performed within 2024.
* Documentation: A valid passport and a second-class Certificate of Medical (COM) with at least six months of remaining validity.
* Physical Criteria:
* Minimum height (barefoot): 160cm for women and 170cm for men.
* Minimum reach: 210cm for both genders.
* Appearance: No visible tattoos and no use of dental braces.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our bases, including MDC (Manado), DPS (Bali), CGK (Jakarta), or other locations designated by management.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of English. Fluency in Mandarin or other international languages is considered a significant advantage.
* Readiness: Excellent physical health and the ability to join our team immediately upon selection.
