We are currently looking for skilled individuals to fill various roles across our operational, administrative, creative, and technical departments. Below are the available positions and their respective requirements:
1. Corporate & Operations
* HRGA Controller: Must possess deep knowledge of payroll management, BPJS administration, and General Affairs (GA) operational costs. You will be responsible for overseeing asset maintenance and ensuring all company permits remain current.
* Warehouse Supervisor / Staff: Requires strong experience in logistics and warehouse management. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in university and must be willing to work at our Tanjung Morawa facility.
2. Creative & Administrative
* Creative Designer: Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw/Illustrator, Premiere Pro/CapCut, and After Effects is mandatory. Experience in 3D modeling is a distinct advantage. Applicants must be prepared to conduct on-site video shoots, which may require night-time work.
* Administration (Sales / E-commerce / Warehouse): Open to SMA or S1 graduates (including active students). Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel is essential. Note: Warehouse Administration roles are based in Tanjung Morawa.
3. Financial & Technical Roles
* Accounting / Tax Staff: Requires an S1 degree in Accounting or enrollment in an accounting program. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to generate accurate financial reports; Tax Staff applicants must have a solid grasp of Indonesian tax regulations.
* Outdoor Sales (Professional Lighting): Candidates must be willing to learn the fundamentals of electrical systems. This role requires flexibility regarding working hours to accommodate client needs and frequent out-of-town travel. Applicants must own a private vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driving license. Must not be currently enrolled in university.
* Technician: Open to SMA/SMK graduates with strong technical skills in repairing electrical and electronic appliances.
