1. Palm Oil Certification Manager (Merauke, Papua)
This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to environmental and industrial standards.
* Design and execute certification programs aligned with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across internal divisions.
* Lead internal and external audits, including health, safety, and environmental (HSE) inspections.
* Ensure all operational practices strictly adhere to current legislation.
* Maintain open, effective communication with both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Plantation, Environment, or Forestry.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Certification Manager or 5 years as an ISPO Assistant Manager (proven via employment records).
* ISPO Auditor Certification (Permentan No 11/2015 or 38/2020) is strongly preferred.
* Comprehensive knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and hazardous waste (B3) management.
* Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Palm Oil Mill & KCP Supervisor (Jakarta)
We are seeking an expert to oversee the technical operations and engineering integrity of our processing facilities.
* Implement and monitor strategic processes for CPO Mill and Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) operations.
* Maintain accurate, detailed records of all mill and processing activities.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
* Ensure compliance with international standards, including Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001/22000, HACCP, and ISCC.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* At least 6 years of relevant experience in mill engineering and maintenance.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
* Certifications in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or quality standards are highly advantageous.
* Willingness to travel to factory units as required.
3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP) (Jakarta)

* Draft comprehensive annual budgets for all CPO Mills and KCP facilities.
* Analyze monthly operational expenditures and develop strategies to improve cost efficiency.
* Monitor performance reports to ensure alignment with financial targets.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Office Engineering Staff or Mill Controller.
* Expertise in SAP or relevant ERP systems.
* In-depth understanding of the end-to-end processing workflow in CPO Mills and KCP.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to administrative reporting.
