## Job Position: Operator Colour Matching (Flexography)
We are looking for an experienced specialist to oversee our color formulation processes and ensure exceptional print quality across our flexographic production lines.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably with a major in Graphic Arts (Grafika).
* Industry Experience: Proven hands-on experience working as a Colour Matching Operator within the flexographic printing industry.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive mastery of ink color mixing and formulation techniques.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in rotating shifts according to company operational needs.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Working Style: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Employment Status: Must not be currently bound by an active employment contract with any other company or institution.
