1. Standardization Staff
This role is critical for ensuring that our operations meet rigorous international quality and safety benchmarks.
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in ISO systems or EHS management (fresh graduates with relevant certifications will be considered).
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Professional certification in the aforementioned ISO standards is highly preferred.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a disciplined, team-oriented mindset.
* Plan, implement, and monitor the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems.
* Maintain and control all company procedures, records, and ISO-related documentation.
* Align company processes with government EHS regulations and corporate guidelines.
* Manage EHS activities, including emergency response planning, incident management, and safety drills.
* Coordinate environmental reporting to government authorities.
* Manage and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for industrial chemicals.
2. Internal Audit Staff
The Internal Audit team is essential in maintaining our financial integrity and operational efficiency.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, or Finance (fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply).
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
* Strong English communication skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and independent working capabilities.
* Execute internal audits according to the established company audit plan.
* Review internal business processes and controls to identify risks and potential irregularities.
* Oversee procurement, goods receiving, recording, and payment processes.
* Analyze operational data to identify irregularities.
* Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management.
* Monitor Corrective and Preventive Action Requests (CPAR) to ensure continuous improvement.
