## Position Requirements
To ensure the safety and productivity of our facility, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience operating a reach truck is strictly required.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in maneuvering reach trucks within a warehouse setting is essential.
* Certification: Candidates must possess a valid, active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work according to a rotational shift schedule.
