Minimum Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Educational Technology.
* Experience: A minimum of six months of practical experience in the development of training curricula or educational modules.
Technical Competencies
* Proficiency in applying Bloom’s Taxonomy to categorize learning objectives across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
* Expertise in drafting comprehensive training curricula, including lesson plans and syllabus design.
* Ability to create interactive module layouts and implement Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) into training programs.
* Strong understanding of assessment development to accurately measure diverse learner competencies.
Scope of Responsibilities
* Assisting Lead Experts in drafting training structures, module content, assessment question banks, and presentation materials.
* Contributing to the compilation of official training manuals and curriculum books.
* Participating in high-level discussions regarding curriculum updates and educational standards.
* Preparing monthly and final reports to ensure project accountability and progress tracking.
## 2. Assistant Expert – E-Learning Material Development
In an era of digital transformation, we are seeking creative talent to help shape the next generation of online learning experiences for our infrastructure experts.
Minimum Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, interactive multimedia, or hypermedia production.
Technical Competencies
* Ability to structure media content, including storyboards, flowcharts, and instructional scripts.
* Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, UI design principles, and comprehensive design systems.
* Technical proficiency in professional software, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline 360.
* A strong interest or expertise in emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), gamification, and immersive metaversal learning environments.
Scope of Responsibilities
* Collaborating with Lead Experts to develop high-quality storyboards, flowcharts, and media outlines.
* Creating and curating digital assets to enhance e-learning platforms.
* Developing engaging multimedia content that facilitates effective technical knowledge transfer.
* Collaborating with the design team to ensure all educational materials align with national standards.
* Submitting detailed progress reports to support project management and quality assurance.
