* Provide clear written clarifications to construction contractors regarding job scope and contractual requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections, monitor project progress against approved timelines, and recommend actionable solutions for potential delays.
* Ensure contractors accurately apply designs, quality standards, and appropriate construction techniques tailored to site conditions.
* Review all detailed drawings, quantity calculations, daily progress schedules, and contractor payment requests prior to authorization.
* Oversee the complete preparation of as-built drawings and technical archives ahead of the Provisional Handover (PHO).
* Facilitate active community socialization and technical mentoring throughout all project phases.
Drinking Water and Sanitation Expert Duties
* Oversee the technical execution, quality control, and safety standard compliance for all water supply and sanitation projects.
* Prepare and conduct commissioning tests for piping networks, drinking water facilities, and sanitation infrastructure.

HSE / Construction OSH Specialist Duties

* Identify potential occupational hazards, map potential risks, and calculate impact probability alongside contractor safety teams.
* Formulate proactive risk mitigation plans, corrective action policies, and traffic safety control measures within project boundaries.

Field Inspection and Support Personnel
