* Civil Engineering Expert: Requires at least 8 years of experience, with 3 years specifically in hospital projects and experience in high-rise structures (minimum 8 stories). Active construction certification (Ahli Madya or Utama) is required.
* Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering Expert: Focused on design and construction oversight, requiring 8 years of professional experience and expertise in large-scale hospital systems.
* Electrical Engineering Expert: Must demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical systems for high-rise healthcare facilities, supported by relevant professional certifications.
Common requirements for the above technical roles include proficiency in MS Project, strong reporting capabilities, and a high level of fluency in both written and spoken English.
## Strategic Consulting and Management Roles
These positions require a deep understanding of donor-funded frameworks and international development standards.
Environmental and Social Safeguard Expert
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Science, or Urban Planning.
* Experience: Minimum 8 years in managing environmental and social risks for projects funded by institutions like the World Bank, ADB, or AIIB. Must have excellent stakeholder consultation skills and fluency in English.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Expert
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, or Business Administration.
* Experience: At least 5 years of M&E experience, specifically within the healthcare sector or large-scale development. Candidates should be familiar with both international donor reporting and Indonesia’s state budget (APBN) procedures.
Data Analyst
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related analytical fields.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data management and M&E. Must be proficient in analytical software such as SPSS, Tableau, or advanced Excel. Experience with Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) projects is highly preferred.
