## Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
The TDP is designed to cultivate future leaders within our organization. We are looking for candidates who are ready to excel in the following tracks:
1. Investment & Commercial
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Transaction Services.
* Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, business valuation, and financial projections. Knowledge of M&A or energy infrastructure is a distinct advantage.
2. Risk Management
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years in a data-focused risk or assurance role.
* Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Familiarity with statistical modeling (ARIMA, LSTM), machine learning, and risk assessment frameworks is essential.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in project planning and control.
* Skills: Strong analytical abilities in project scheduling, resource management, and work breakdown structures (WBS). Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera is highly preferred.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, IoT systems, server management, and network security. Candidates should understand AI concepts, machine learning, and API integration.
## Technical and Operational Field Positions
We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our power plant operations across various locations.
Field Engineering & Maintenance Roles
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience in power plant maintenance. Open to male candidates aged 20–30.
* Technician (PLTS): S1 in Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in solar PV maintenance, inverter systems, and battery storage.
* Operator (PLTS): SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Ability to monitor system performance and handle basic troubleshooting.
Administrative & Finance Support
* Admin GA (PLTA Batu Gajah): Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of HR/GA experience. Must be detail-oriented and willing to work a 3-month maternity leave replacement contract.
* Admin Finance (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1 year of financial administration experience. Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting is required.
